1. Assessment Data Architecture
We believe personal reflections regarding sleep and stress should remain private. The Sleep & Rest Assessment does not transmit or store assessment responses.
All questions and responses in the assessment are processed 100% locally within your browser's temporary memory. No database record is created, no cookie records your answers, and nothing is transmitted across the internet. When you close or refresh the tab, your answers cease to exist.
2. Contact & Consultation Inquiries
If you choose to submit an inquiry through our Contact page or apply for One-to-One Guidance, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The nature of your inquiry and message content
This information is transmitted directly and securely via server-side email to our practitioner team for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your contact information to third-party marketing networks.
3. Server Logs & Security
Like virtually all web hosts, our hosting infrastructure (Hostinger) maintains standard server access logs for technical diagnostic and anti-abuse purposes (such as IP addresses, timestamps, and requested files). To protect our contact forms from automated spam and Denial of Service attacks, we implement server-side rate limiting based on hashed IP addresses. These logs are purged periodically in accordance with standard hosting security practices.
4. Third-Party Scripts & Tracking
In Phase 1 of Rest to Sleep, this website does not load third-party advertising trackers, social network tracking pixels, or invasive session recording scripts. If performance analytics are introduced in the future, they will be selected for privacy compliance and disclosed here.
